Self Collection and Direct Shipping:
 Once your order is placed, we'll send a complimentary collection kit directly to you. The kit contains everything needed to gather a small portion of your loved one's remains – just 1 teaspoon (single) or 2 teaspoons (double). When you are ready to return the kit, we will email you a Pre-Paid Priority Mail Express Label.

Trusted Partner Remains Handling:
 We ship the collection kit to your funeral home or cremation provider at no charge. They coordinate collection and return shipping to us. Your finished memorial is delivered to you or your provider at no additional cost. Please note: Your provider may have separate service fees for handling and shipping.

Once we receive your collection kit, we begin the careful work of creating your custom wind chime. A small portion of your loved one's ashes is gently combined with liquid porcelain, cast into form, and kiln-fired – becoming an inseparable and enduring part of the piece itself. Within six weeks, your finished wind chime will be delivered with the reverence and care it was made to embody.
